We would like to update you that now disbursement & withdrawal to PH_PSB are back to normal, but unfortunately remittance payout still can not be processed.

We are still working closely with our partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will keep you update as soon as having news from our partner

We were informed that Philippine Savings Bank destination channel is currently encountering intermittent connectivity starting from 11:43 UTC + 7, 03 August 2022.

Impact:
PH_PSB disbursements
PH_PSB withdrawals
All regional remittance payouts to PH_PSB with amount

Please refrain from transacting to this destination channel in the meantime. We are working close with our partner and will keep you update as soon as having news from our partner
