Dear customer,

We would like to inform you that BCA is experiencing an issue now. During this time, it will impact our services as follow:

1. Xendit Disbursements to BCA with amount 10.000-50.000.000 that were created before 11:30 AM (WIB/ GMT+7) will receive FAILED status
2. Xendit Disbursements to BCA with amount 10.000-50.000.000 that were created after 11:30 AM (WIB/ GMT+7) will receive PENDING status until further notice

BCA has acknowledged the issue and is working on a resolution. We will proactively follow up to BCA and will inform again once it has been resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
