We detected an intermittent issue which affected virtual account and retail outlet payment callbacks.

This occurred from 14:56 to 15:44 GMT+7. During this time, virtual account and retail outlet payment callbacks may have been delayed.

Our team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix. As of 15:54 GMT+7, all late callbacks should have been sent out.
