Dear customers

We identified an issue with delayed callbacks from Virtual Account from a surge in traffic.
This affected the service from around 10:30am to 11:30am WIB.

The following fixes have been made to resolve this incident:
1. Increased processing runners to process the surge in transactions

Your end users should now be able to successfully perform the following:
1. Receive Virtual Account callbacks normally
