Dear Valued Customers,

We were informed that Withdrawals, Disbursements, and Remittances to PH_GCASH are currently encountering intermittent connectivity.

Impact:
- Disbursements and Withdrawals to GCash with amounts less than 50k will be stuck in PENDING status
- Remittance payouts to GCash with amounts less than 50k will not be processed
- Created disbursements to channels with cut-off processing for all amounts might intermittently FAIL
