We would like to inform of an issue which we identified affected our Third Party integrations, experiencing delayed callback to merchant - WooCommerce, Magento, WHMCS and ODOO.

We have since the occurrence of the issue - identified & fixed the root cause which was 'logical error'.

Reconciliation of the transactions is currently in progress by sending the delayed callback.
