Investigating

We are currently experiencing delays in payment notifications for BNI Virtual Account transactions due to an issue on our banking partner’s side. Customer payments are still being processed, but merchants may receive payment callbacks and status updates later than usual.

We have escalated this to our partner and are working closely with them to resolve it. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
