We were informed that BSS has scheduled system maintenance in order to improve their services with the details are as follows:

Start: Wednesday, 27 September 2023 at 02.00 AM
End: Wednesday, 27 September 2023 at 03.30 AM (GMT+7)

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Affected Services: BSS Virtual Account

Impact:
1. End users will not be able to pay BSS VA via BIFAST
2. Merchant still be able to create/update VA BSS

Please encourage your customers to make payments via BIFAST before or after this window time to avoid any issues.
