Please be advised that we will be performing DB maintenance on our Payments API service.
Schedule: Saturday, May 20, 2023, 23:45 (UTC+07:00) - Sunday, May 21, 2023, 00:15 (UTC+07:00) *duration 30 minutes
Impact: Request to Payments API will intermittently return an error response within the maintenance period. The maintenance will impact intermittently to direct integration to Payments API (/v2/payment_methods & /payment_requests), Invoice Merchants, and Subscription Merchants. Payment Notification from Payments API, Invoice, and Subscription requests will be delayed during the maintenance period.
Recommendation: Please kindly resume operation after the maintenance is over We appreciate your understanding and our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
