Update
Our partner has successfully resolved the issue for approximately 98% of current traffic. However, we are still observing residual payment completion issues specifically related to BCA issuers. We are continuously monitoring the traffic and will provide a final update once we see all transactions fully returning to normal.
In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end users: - Advise end users to pay using non-BCA payment methods or alternative providers until the issue is completely resolved.
Sincerely, Xendit Customer Service
