Dear customers,

We are seeing issues with BSS BI-FAST Virtual Accounts payments in Indonesia. We are working with our partner to resolve the issue.
Our partner has acknowledged this issue and are working to rectify

Impact: BSS BI-FAST payments will see an error while the issue is ongoing.
Mitigation: We request merchants to use other channels until the partner resolves this issue to avoid payment delays.

We will update you as soon as we have more information.
