Kindly be informed, in order to improve the service system, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna will have scheduled maintenance with details below:

Date: Saturday, 12 & 19 October 2024
Time: 00:30 - 07:00 a.m. WIB
Duration: 6 hours 30 minutes

Impact during this maintenance:
1. End users will not be able to pay BSS VA
2. Merchant still be able to create/update VA BSS
3. Disbursements to BSS with amount 250m IDR will be kept in pending until maintenance is over

Please encourage your customers to make payments and request disbursement before or after this window time to avoid any issues.
