Dear customers

We observed some disruption to our VA service and confirmed the issue with an upstream partner.
A small number of customers will experience some disruption in service from 1453hrs WIB to 1513hrs WIB.

The service has since recovered and service has returned to normal.
Customers can retry the failed transactions.
