PH Disbursement and Withdrawal Delayed Processing

Dear Valued Customers,

There were delay in processing remittances, disbursements and withdrawals to PH Banks and eWallets between 6:14 PM - 7:35 PM (GMT+7).

Impact:
- PH Regional remittances, withdrawals, and disbursements with amount of less than or equal to 50k PHP will take more than 15 minutes to be processed
- No impact on PH regional remittances, withdrawals, and disbursements with amount of more than 50k PHP

At the moment all the traffic has been processed normally without delay.
