Dear Valued Merchants,

Please be informed that our bank partner will be performing a system maintenance on QR Code Promptpay on October 18, 2026, from 02:00 to 09:00 AM (GMT+7).

As such, impact to QR Code transactions during this period will be as follows :

- Payments via QR Code will not show the usual merchant name, but will instead show the name as "Xendit Tech Co., Ltd."
- Refunds: Transactions made during the maintenance window cannot be refunded.
- Static QR Generation: Static QRs will not be able to be generated during the maintenance window.

Please rest assured that QR Code payment is still operational during this period.
