Dear valued customers,

We detected a short disruption on our connection to ShopeePay for around 5 minutes from 7:30 PM - 7:35 PM (UTC +7) with details as follows:
- Intermittent errors on Account Linking for Tokenised Payments for ShopeePay
- You would have been able to initiate a payment method request, but intermittently would have received a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE error with a HTTP 503 response

For impacted transactions during these time frame, we recommend to retry the transactions.
