Dear Merchants,
We detected intermittent system disruption with one of our partner starting 14:30

We are currently in the process of investigating and coordinating with our partner to solve this issue and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore this service.
In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end users during this incident:
- We recommend asking your end-users to use Virtual Accounts from non BNI banks during this period, if possible.

Impact :
- BNI VA Create and Update will intermittently fail
- BNI VA Created during this time cannot be paid
