Dear Customers,

ShopeePay ID is currently experiencing technical issues. During this time, payments via ShopeePay ID will fail and we are in coordination with them for resolution.

IMPACT:

- We are seeing error on EWALLET for creation of charge requests
- Merchants will be able to initiate transactions, but will receive a SERVER_ERROR with a HTTP 500 response on a majority of requests.
- This is currently affecting over 100% of requests
- The issue was first triggered at: 2022-07-01 at 13:36:06 GMT+07:00
