In order to improve the service level and reliability of cards transactions, CIMB will have a scheduled System Maintenance at the following time:

Start : Saturday, 11 March 2023 at 22:00 (GMT+7)
End : Sunday, 12 March 2023 at 12:00 (GMT+7)
Duration : 14 Hours

During this period, CIMB-issued Credit or Debit Card will not be able to perform Cards transactions.

Please suggest your customer to use Cards from other banks (non-CIMB) during this maintenance period.

We apologize for this inconvenience.
