Dear Customers,

We have detected issues from 09:00 - 10:09 UTC+7 in the following services:

BSI VA
- Customers may receive PENDING status when creating and updating Virtual Accounts issued by BSI at that time
- Payment notifications into BSI-issued Virtual Accounts may be delayed

The issue has been resolved and we apologize for this inconvenience
