Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you regarding a disruption to Virtual Account Creation and Update which happened between 09:00 - 10:12 am GMT + 7.

Impact of these disruption were:
1. Virtual Account creation/update request within these times stays at PENDING status until it is completely processed

2. Requested Virtual Account creation/update within these times couldn't be paid due to stuck in PENDING status

3. Callback for the activation will be delayed.

This issue has been resolved and all Virtual Account creation/update request has been reconciled.
