Details:
During this period, our monitoring detected intermittent 503 Service Unavailable errors across various endpoints handled by our API Gateway. This was caused by the temporary unavailability of an internal infrastructure component supporting the gateway.
Impact:
- A small subset of API requests (estimated less than 4% of relevant POST requests during the 2-minute window) across different endpoints may have intermittently failed, receiving a 503 error. - The issue was short-lived and intermittent in nature.
Status:
The affected component automatically recovered, and normal service levels were restored by 09:40 AM WIB (GMT+7). Our systems have been stable since.
