Disruption in DANA Payments and DANA QRIS

Dear customers,

We have identified an intermittent timeout from DANA that started at 08:20 WIB until 18.00 WIB, which intermittently affect less than 1% of our request

Impact:
1. some DANA QRIS transactions cannot be created
2. some DANA eWallet transactions cannot be created

Payments using DANA can still be completed.

This issue already resolved
