Dear Customers,

This brief incident has been fully resolved, and all Xendit services are back to normal operation.

Affected Service: Xendit Gateway (API Request Creation)
Impact: Merchants may have experienced timeouts or network errors when attempting to create requests to Xendit.
Incident Period: December 4, 2025, from 04:26:15 to 04:26:50 GMT+8.

The issue was caused by an unexpected change implemented by our network infrastructure partner, which temporarily affected the processing of incoming API requests to Xendit. Our team promptly identified the the root cause, and the underlying issue was corrected, immediately restoring service stability.

All services have been verified and are now fully operational.
