Dear Customers

We have detected an issue affecting Credit Card Refund requests.

Impact:
- Credit card refund requests sent between 14:10 to 18:20 GMT +7 on 1 Aug 2022 received a 500 error. However, these refunds may have been successfully processed in the processor.

Our team has implemented a fix at 18:50 GMT+7. New credit card refund requests from 18:50 GMT+7 will be processed as usual.

Our team is currently working on reconciling the affected refund requests received between 14:10 to 18:20 GMT +7. If you had sent a refund request during this time, please do not retry the refund requests. You should expect to see the updated refund request data on your xendit dashboard by 12:00 GMT +7 on 2 Aug 2022.
