We detected an issue with MPGS card processor partner.

The issue was happening from 17.04 - 17.11 (GMT +7)

Impact:
- Card processing using MPGS encountered intermittent error for 3DS

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The system is back to normal now
