Kindly be informed, in order to improve the service system, our Bank partner will have scheduled maintenance with details below:

Start: 7 February 2026 00.00 GMT+7
End: 7 February 2026 00.30 GMT+7
Duration: 30 minutes

Impact during this maintenance:
1. Disbursements to other than BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Permata and BSS with amount >100m to 250m IDR will be kept in pending until maintenance is over
2. During this maintenance, BRI VA, Mandiri VA and BSS VA would not be able to accept payments through BI-fast transfer option. Please encourage user to pay from other transfer method such as RTOL

Please encourage your customers to make payments and request disbursement before or after this window time to avoid any issues.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Indonesia - Payouts (Disbursement - BCA, Disbursement - BSI, Disbursement - Other Indonesia banks and E-Wallets) and Indonesia - Payments (Virtual Account - BRI, Virtual Account - BSS, Virtual Account - Mandiri).
