Dear customers,

We detected a short bust of error rates from BPI Channel from 14:24 UTC+8 to 14:31 UTC+8.
- direct and batch disbursements less than 50k will be stuck in disbursing status
- withdrawals less than 50k will be stuck in disbursing status
- regional remittances less than 50k will be stuck

The situation has since resolved itself, and pending transactions have been processed.
