We are currently experiencing a delay in the generation and delivery of all scheduled reports for today, November 4, 2025.

This was caused by a network issue with one of our infrastructure partners, which prevented our data processing pipelines from starting at their scheduled time. The underlying network issue is currently being resolved, and our report generation pipeline will begin reprocessing by the afternoon.

We are actively monitoring the system to ensure all reports are generated and delivered successfully. You can expect to receive your reports later than usual today.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to your daily reconciliation and operational processes. We will provide another update once all reports have been successfully sent.
