Dear customers,

We detected degraded experience for API users on Feb 3rd 2023, 4:22-4:30 am GMT+7.
Several APIs returned 5xx errors, affecting approximately 10-20% of traffic during the time period.
API traffic returned to healthy/normal state again starting 4:30am GMT+7.

The incident is caused by an infrastructure upgrade affecting specific cluster, despite the activity is performed during low traffic hours.
We will evaluate this issue to minimize similar occurrence in the future.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we thank you for your patience.
