Dear Customers,

We have identified a decrease in successful payment callbacks for ShopeePay ID transactions starting at 10:30 AM (GMT+7).

While users may still be able to initiate payments, merchants may experience delays in receiving the final transaction status via webhooks. Our team is actively investigating the root cause alongside our payment partner to restore normal callback rates as quickly as possible.
