Dear Merchants,
We detected a system disruption with one of our partner starting 11:28 - 11:43 GMT+7

Impact:
- Disbursements, Withdrawal and Remittances to BNI with amount < 10k or > 100m will be delayed
- Disbursements, Withdrawal and Remittances to BNI with amount within 10k and 100m is not affected
- BNI VA Create and Update will intermittently fail
- BNI VA Created during this time cannot be paid
