Please be informed that BSI will be conducting a system maintenance on May 15, 2026 at 09:30 PM until May 16, 2026 at 07:00 AM (GMT+7).
During this maintenance period, BSI will temporarily close their digital channels, including:
- BYOND - Internet Banking - ATM - Other BSI digital platforms
As a result, BSI customers will not be able to access their accounts or perform transactions, including payments via BSI channels.
Please note that Virtual Account (VA) creation will remain available, however, we kindly advise merchants to anticipate potential payment disruptions from BSI customers during this period.
We recommend avoiding or preparing for potential delays in transactions involving BSI during the maintenance window.
