Dear Customers,

We received information from our partner, BCA, that they will implement maintenance scheduled below:

Start: 21 January 2026, 00:00 GMT+7
End: 21 January 2026, 03:30 GMT+7
Duration: 3 hours and 30 minutes

This maintenance will affect BCA Banking, VA, Oneklik, SubAccount, etc.

There is no issue with our QRIS and VA service but if it's paid from BCA during maintenance time, please check possible impacts below:

1. Delay fund received in Xendit
2. Fund may not be received in Xendit
3. Payment from BCA will be failed

During maintenance, please advise your End Customers to pay QRIS with other Issuers/Bank/Application so fund will be received safely in your end.

Kami menginformasikan salah satu aplikasi Issuer / Aplikasi Bayar QRIS dan Virtual Account, yakni BCA, melakukan perbaikan sistem di waktu berikut:

Mulai: 21 Januari 2026, 00:00 GMT+7
Berakhir: 21 Januari 2026, 03:30 GMT+7
Durasi: 3 jam and 30 menit

Perbaikan ini berdampak pada Banking, VA, Oneklik, SubAccount via BCA.

Tidak ada gangguan layanan QRIS dan VA Xendit. Namun, apabila QRIS dan Virtual Account dibayar via aplikasi BCA saat perbaikan sistem berlangsung, berikut impact yang mungkin dialami:

1. Pembayaran QRIS dan Virtual Account via BCA akan telat diterima di sisi Xendit,
2. Pembayaran QRIS dan Virtual Account via BCA tidak diterima di sisi Xendit,
3. Pembayaran QRIS dan Virtual Account via BCA mengalami kegagalan

Kami menyarankan Anda untuk menginformasikan End Customer menggunakan Issuer / Aplikasi Bayar selain BCA untuk membayar QRIS maupun Virtual Account, agar pembayaran bisa berjalan dengan lancar.

This scheduled maintenance affected: API (QR Codes, Virtual Account) and Indonesia - Payments (QR Payments - DANA, QR Payments - LinkAja, QR Payments - Xendit, Virtual Account - BCA, Virtual Account - BJB, Virtual Account - BNC, Virtual Account - BNI, Virtual Account - BRI, Virtual Account - BSI, Virtual Account - BSS, Virtual Account - BSS BI-FAST, Virtual Account - CIMB, Virtual Account - DBS, Virtual Account - Mandiri, Virtual Account - Permata, Credit/Debit Cards - BCA).
