Dear Valued Customers,

We are detecting delayed disbursements to Philippines GCASH accounts .

Impact:

- All disbursements with amounts less than or equal to PHP 50,000 will be delayed until the issue is resolved.

- No impact for transactions with amounts more than PHP 50,000.

We are working with our partners to investigate the issue and will share more details when available.

Please refrain from transacting to GCASH accounts with amounts less than or equal to 50k PHP in the meantime. There is no impact on transactions of more than 50k PHP.
