We would like to inform you that the scheduled Payments API database maintenance event, previously announced for May 20th, has been canceled. However, The maintenance has been rescheduled to May 27th.
Schedule: Saturday, May 27, 2023, 23:45 (UTC+07:00) - Sunday, May 28, 2023, 00:15 (UTC+07:00) *duration 30 minutes
Impact: Request to Payments API will intermittently return an error response within the maintenance period. The maintenance will impact intermittently direct integration to Payments API (/v2/payment_methods & /payment_requests), Invoice Merchants, and Subscription Merchants.
Payment Notification from Payments API, Invoice, and Subscription requests will be delayed during the maintenance period.
Recommendation: Please kindly resume operation after the maintenance is over We appreciate your understanding and our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
