Dear Customers,

We have detected callback delays with our TPI Ecwid partners. We have implemented a fix for the problem and are currently monitoring it.

Impact:
- End customers can pay, but the payment status will not update on their Ecwid seller dashboard
- There will be a delayed order update callback to the seller dashboard

No action is needed by the merchant or end user
