Xenplatform - disruption to services

Dear customers

We identified a disruption to Xenplatform services at 2254 WIB with the following impact:
- Xenplatform account creation failures
- Xenplatform transfer failures

A fix was immediately deployed and the incident resolved at 2300 WIB. Affected Xenplatform transactions must be regenerated and cannot be retried using the same details.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
