Some QRPH payments have been reflected late. Customers’ payments go through, but the payment notifications (callbacks) to merchants arrive later than usual, in some cases more than an hour later.
The delay is coming from our QRPH partner. We are working closely with them as they add capacity to process the backlog. We have confirmed that completed payments are not lost. They will be updated to paid and their callbacks sent as the backlog clears. QR code creation and other payment channels are not affected.
We recommend that merchants do not ask customers to pay again for orders still showing as pending during this period, to avoid duplicate payments. QR code creation is not affected.
We are monitoring the backlog and will post an update by 23:00 GMT+8.
