We were informed that there will be a scheduled maintenance that will affect disbursements to GCASH (channel_code: PH_GCASH) to improve their services with the details below:
Start: Thursday, 7 Oct 2021 at 09.00PM (GMT+8) End : Friday 8 Oct 2021 at 08.00AM (GMT+8) Duration: 11 hours
Impact: - Disbursement transactions to PH_GCASH may fail or get stuck in pending/disbursing. - During this maintenance, any disbursements to PH_GCASH less than PHP 50,000 in amount will not be processed.
Please refrain from creating GCASH disbursement transactions during this time. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and the sudden announcement. If you need further assistance, please contact us at help@xendit.ph
