In order to improve the service level and reliability, BNI will have System Maintenance at the following time:

Date: Sunday, 12 March 2023
Time: 02:00 - 05:00 (GMT+7)
Duration: 3 Hours

At that time, these services can not be accessed :

1. Create VA, Update VA and Check VA
2. Payment Notifications / Callback
3. BNI eCollection & RDL

You can still conduct payment on BNI VA but Callback will be delayed. However for best practice, we suggest you to conduct payment when system maintenance is finished.

We are improving this system to improve better service for you.
