Fraud detection service down for 15 minutes

We noticed that our fraud detection service service has lost database connectivity on 16 Aug 2022 from 1:36PM (GMT+8) to 1:51PM(GMT+8).

xenShield/Fraud Detection System
Credit/Debit Cards

This issue has hence been resolved and services are back to normal.
