We were informed that EastWest Bank and EastWest Rural Bank destination channels have maintenance schedules in order to improve their services with the details are as follows:
Start: November 17, 2022 at 09:00PM (GMT+8) End: November 18, 2022 at 01:00AM (GMT+8) Duration: 4 hours
Start: November 18, 2022 at 10:00PM (GMT+8) End: November 19, 2022 at 02:00AM (GMT+8) Duration: 4 hours
Impact: Disbursement transactions to PH_EWB and PH_EWR may fail or get stuck in pending/disbursing During this maintenance, any disbursement transaction to PH_EWB and PH_EWR as destination channel will not be processed.
