A.) UBP Payment API Date and Time: March 23, 2024 01:00 AM to March 25, 2024 09:00 AM Timezone: UTC+08 Maintenance duration: 56 hours
Impact: - UBP Direct Debit payments will be unavailable. - Top-ups via UBP Bills Pay will be unavailable.
B.) UBP Payouts API Date and Time: March 23, 2024 01:00 AM to March 24, 2024 11:59 PM Timezone: UTC+08 Maintenance duration: 47 hours 59 minutes
Impact: - Disbursement/Remittance/Withdrawal to PH_UBP will be kept in pending.
During this period, UBP will be in full downtime — unable to both accept nor send payments. Please refrain from using UBP payment channel during this timeframe and make sure to resolve all your urgent UBP transactions before the maintenance starts.
