Please be informed that one of our banking partners will perform scheduled system maintenance on 20 June 2026 from 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM (GMT+7).
During this maintenance window, the following impacts to QR Code PromptPay services are expected:
• Static QR payments will be unavailable. • QR transactions processed during the maintenance period will not be eligible for refunds until the maintenance is completed. • For QR payments made during this period, the payer may see "Xendit Tech Company Limited" displayed instead of the merchant name.
Please note that QR Code PromptPay Dynamic payments will remain available and continue to operate as normal throughout the maintenance period.
