In order to improve the service level and reliability, BPI will have a scheduled System Maintenance at the following time:

Start : Friday, 26 May 2023 at 10 PM (GMT+8)
End : Saturday, 27 May 2023 at 00 AM (GMT+8)
Duration: 2 hours

During this period, all Direct Debit Transactions via BPI will be unavailable.

Please suggest your customer to refrain of creating BPI Direct Debit transactions during the maintenance period.
