Kindly be informed, in order to improve the service system, our Bank partner will have scheduled maintenance with details below:
Date: Friday, 16 October 2026 to Saturday, 17 October 2026 Time: 23:30 - 06:30 WIB Duration: 7 hours
Impact during this maintenance: 1. Disbursements to BSS with amounts <10k and >250m IDR will be kept pending until maintenance is over 2. Virtual Account payment with destination BSS VA Number will not available/ pending/ failed during the maintenance hour
Please encourage your customers to make payments and request disbursement before or after this window time to avoid any issues.

This scheduled maintenance affects: Indonesia - Payouts (Disbursement - Other Indonesia banks and E-Wallets), Remittance Payouts, and Indonesia - Payments (Virtual Account - BSS, Virtual Account - BSS BI-FAST).
